Having no qualified starring role in life,apart from my user name lol, I do have quite a vivid imagination, which gets fed regularly on books and movies.
When i'm reading a book or watching a film with a heroine in it...I am that person and i live that life and tell MY story for the duration of the book or the film (one day...sigh).
Got me wanting to ask you all, if YOU could have had the lead role in any movie...which one would it be and why? xxx

Vivian, from Pretty Woman. Now, it's not really because I want to charge for sex...even though, monogamously, that could make for the best roll playing. LOL I like that "Vivian" never changes who she is through out the movie, but towards the end, how lovely she is on the inside has become more evident on the outside. It's the whole "staying true to who you are through radical changes" thing. :)
Oh, and the childish part of me wishes to be The Little Mermaid!!! LOL

There's an old country by Buck Owens Called "Their Gonna Put Me In The Movies" (I think the Beetles did a version, not sure who was 1st) There is a line in the song, "Their gonna make a scene about a man thats sad and lonely" so I would have to say that movie would fit me over most of my adult life. If not that anything about a fat guy. That will work for me.---Tom

You got me thinking about this one or better yet, dreaming about this one. I don't think I have a specific part/actress in mind. I just want to play the part of "the pretty one", "the one that gets the guy", "the lucky one", "the winner". I want to be Sissy from Urban Cowboy, I want to be Lucy from 50 First Dates, I want to be Vivian from Pretty Woman...!!! Sorry about that, sometimes I just get carried away...wait, wait, one more, I want to be Carrie and The City, The Movie. lol. PG

I use to live in my dreams as a teenager because I was very restricted. Because of my disability(s) i wasn't allowed to play organized sports, so i fantasized about sports figures. Dan Fouts, Darryl Sittler alwaysabout winning the game for the team
I loved Smokey and the bandit and fell in love with Sally Fields. Funny Forrest Gump wasn't even out then and she played the mom i wish i had during those rough years
